For this project I led the strategic refresh and repositioning of an Auckland-based insurance firm’s brand, developing the overarching creative direction, visual identity, graphic language, and core messaging framework. The rebrand centred on challenging conventional perceptions of the insurance industry through a more human, direct, and emotionally connected approach - steering away from corporate jargon in favour of confidence and authenticity. I conceptualised both the visual and written tone of the brand, to create a distinctive market position that communicates expertise with warmth, personality, and a clear point of difference from competitors.
